Katara Hospitality is committed to investing in our indigenous population and supporting the aims of the ‘Qatarisation’ initiative that creates unique employment and career opportunities for Qatari nationals.
We have implemented training programmes for promising Qatari high school graduates as well as setting up a sponsorship initiative at Stenden University and Qatar University to encourage young Qataris to enter the hospitality industry. And within our own organisation we encourage multi-discipline training, creating highly motivated and deeply skilled individuals who are given a platform to develop their talents both locally and internationally.
Katara Hospitality supports future leaders by launching Katara Hospitality University, an internal employee’s training program to support continuous development and growth.
Through these initiatives, we believe that we can contribute positively to the socio-economic welfare of Qatar.
