Danio joined Katara Hospitality in April 2014 as Corporate Director – Food & Beverage leading international brands and own concepts within multi-territories in Qatar and internationally. Currently Danio holds the position of Chief Food & Beverage Officer.

Equipped with 27 years of professional experience, Danio is an epitome of a brilliant and well-driven professional with diverse skills and expertise making him a valuable asset to Katara Hospitality. Danio’s mandate is to make the perfect association between some unique concepts while growing the returns to the shareholders, enhance the hospitality, and bring his talented teams to the heart of the journey.

Prior joining Katara Hospitality, Danio held several leadership roles under leading companies within Asia, such Langham Hospitality Group as Director of Food & Beverage Projects and Operational Support, and Marriott International as Executive Chef responsible for the portfolio development and profitability of the business.
